  Villagers were shown abuttals and boundaries of final plots earmarked by the arbitrator. This is the first such disbursement of plots against surrendered land by villagers to Cidco for development of a new town outside the airport boundary.

  

• Government directs Cidco to take action against Bhumiraj Builders in Parsik Hill cutting case

  On Thursday, the environment department filed an affidavit stating that a joint inspection found that the Bhumiraj Builders has cut a PCC pathway with lawn plantation and placed big plant pots, constructed a 50 meter gibbon wall, a concrete platform and erected a hoarding in violation of the leave and license agreement with Cidco.

  The PMC was set up in 2016 and includes areas that were earlier under Cidco, including Kharghar Node. It has over 2.6 lakh properties on which property tax can be levied.

  

• Cidco offers amnesty to defaulters of mass housing scheme under PMAY

  Cidco has offered an amnesty scheme till April 30, allowing rebates in DPC to those homebuyers who have been unable to pay installments towards booking of flats under Prime Minister Awas Yojna (PMAY).
